Questions: Will it work on my website? How easy is it to install?

Max HelpChat can be installed quickly and easily into 99.99% of all websites and e-commerce stores including even flash websites. Below are some of the most popular CMS systems but don’t worry if yours is a custom built website or don’t see your CMS on the image below because during the past 6 years, we have only had 1 or 2 cases where Max HelpChat couldn’t be installed.
The script installation is usually a 1 minute procedure.

What happens after the Free Trial?

We will send you a comprehensive report on what happened during the free trial. The report will include the number of customers we have served with all the transcripts. You can then decide on whether you want to continue with us.

What happens once my quota is over?

If we take more leads for your website than your initial plan, we will send you a warning email to let you know. You then decide to pay for the extra leads as stated on your current plan, or we can change your plan that comes with more leads per month for you.

What if the agent does not know the answer?

If the question is considered critical, We will call you immediately to get the required answer. If not we will get the customer’s details and transfer it to your helpdesk system. We will also notify you about the issue.

Why do you ask my credit card information for the free trial?
